I am sorry that it has been so long since I updated but the people that were supposed to buy our house backed out at the last minuteal estate agent to sell the house but he did not bring a single person through in 90 days. So we fired him and are now looking for a new agent.
In the meantime we are still researching house construction options and have applied for our residency visas, even though we have not heard anything from them yet. I guess it really is Tonga time there.
